The first Argentinean varietal vinegar
Varietal vinegars, one of the technological developments of Mr. Carlos Inchaurraga, called for changes in the Argentine Food Code. For such purpose, Mr. Carlos Inchaurraga participated as a consultant in the Advisory Council of the Argentine Food Code, and thus these products were included in the code, and they started to be marketed in Argentina for the first time.
